About the Role:

As Director of Sales Effectiveness & Commercial Excellence, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and increase growth within an energy sector company that is on a mission to simplify the global fuel markets. You will have an important role in the success of our sales teams. You will shape and implement sales enablement strategies that align with our corporate and regional goals. You will manage complex projects, lead change programs, and ensure that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at OPIS.

You Will:

  • Lead transformation programs and change management
  • Oversee the sales enablement program and ensure its that our goals and regional priorities are aligned
  • Design and administer in-person and virtual sales training programs 
  • Use feedback from sales teams and internal partners to shape future enablement projects aimed at driving business growth
  • Implement and maintain an intensive onboarding program for new sales hires
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Training on an as-needed basis
  • Use training metrics to track training progress and effectiveness
  • Create a learning culture focused on development and retention

You Have:

  • 10+ Years' Relevant Experience
  • Proficiency in the energy industry and understanding of its dynamics
  • Experience explaining, implementing, and driving adoption of sales methodologies globally
  • Demonstrated virtual and in-person training facilitation experience
  • Familiarity with SFDC/Netsuite (preferred)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Bachelor's degree

Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
