Job Description:
The HR Manager plays a central role in this context. He or she is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all HR processes and acts as a key interface between executive management, line managers, and employees. The objective of this position is to strengthen a positive corporate culture, ensure efficient HR operations, and guarantee compliance with legal requirements. The HR Manager reports directly to the Associate Director – Human Resources and plays a key role in shaping our commitment to excellence in people management.
