Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of Workday application configuration and customization processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within Workday.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data management within Workday environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
