Job Description:

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position includes a required in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility before transitioning to your permanent role in Randolph.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence. 

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently bagging and packaging powder products within the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves operating bagging equipment, handling materials, and ensuring the efficient and safe movement of inventory within the production area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagging equipment to fill and package powder products according to specifications.

  • Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and sealing of bags.

  • Inspect packaged products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.

  • Handle materials, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies, within the production area.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials handled, products packaged, and inventory levels.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bagging equipment.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to bagging and material handling.

  • Assist Shift Supervisors in monitoring production processes and ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor.

  • Participate in training and safety meetings as required.

  • Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in packaging and storage processes.

  • Perform regular cycle counts of bagged products to reconcile inventory and ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain any required certifications for equipment operation (e.g., MSHA).

  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation, material handling.

  • Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness.

  • Ability to perform pre-shift equipment checks and basic maintenance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 1+ years of experience in packaging or in a production environment

Systems: Basic Computer experience

Physical Requirements: 

  • Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings

  • Lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Push/pull 100 lbs.

  • Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks

  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria 

  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises 

  • Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions 

  • Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift 

  • Bend over multiple times throughout shift 

Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: 

  • Steel toed boots

  • Hearing Protection 

  • Safety glasses

  • Cut-proof gloves

  • Latex gloves

  • Face shield 

  • High visibility vest

  • Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15- $20.04. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
