What you will be doing:
The VP, Advisory Services will assist in building and overseeing the execution of strategies for the sales, relationship management, and delivery processes for a designated service line team of Premier Performance Partners. Primary responsibilities include:
Designing and executing client delivery strategies that capitalize on Premier's data and knowledge assets in providing comprehensive healthcare consulting solutions;
Driving sales, marketing and relationship management strategies to meet aggressive growth targets; and
Overseeing the management, staff utilization and staff development for the suite of “one to one” services
Actively participating in engagements and providing billable consulting hours
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 12 or more yearsEducation:
Bachelors (Required)

Skills:
Proven ability to sell or to close professional services work
Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy
Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
Ability to mentor and grow team members within the Practice
Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
Experience:
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to achieve demonstratable outcomes against established goals and/or statement of work
Experience in thought leadership and publishing
Education:
Master’s Degree
This is a remote position and requires up to 75% travel.
