Job Summary

The Business Performance Senior Manager will lead the AIN Project Controls Team, ensuring financial discipline, project controls governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of high-impact technology initiatives. This role will drive standardization, talent development, strategic planning, and partnership with senior leadership and U.S.-based execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop project controls professionals across AIN Technology portfolios.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and operating models.
  • Coach and mentor team members and drive capability development.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Financial Stewardship

  • Ensure fiscal discipline across technology programs.
  • Oversee quarterly close, accruals, forecasts, and budget processes.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies and SOX requirements.
  • Drive resource optimization and financial performance.

Project Controls Governance

  • Lead monthly financial reviews and variance analysis.
  • Monitor project financial risks and mitigation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise project controls standards.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and decision support.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Portfolio Leadership, and US-based stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.
  • Deliver business insights and recommendations to senior executives.

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize project controls methodologies.
  • Support workforce planning and resource management.
  • Implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of project controls, project management, portfolio management, or strategic finance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Anaplan, SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project controls or project management experience.
  • PMP, CCP, PSP, EVP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience leading project controls teams within biotech, pharmaceutical, engineering, manufacturing, or large transformation environments.
