Job Description:

To provide support in new agent onboarding including obtain license, file assessment, contract preparation and explaining contract to new join agent. Besides, assist supervisor in various digital transformation project to increase job efficiency for the whole department.

Preferred skills

  • Speaks fluent English an Putonghua and proficient in written English and Chinese (both Traditional & Simplified Chinese)
  • Proficient in MS Office including Access, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good analytical ability, detail minded and self-motivated
  • Be a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry working with recruitment systems

Responsibilities

  • Handle new agent onboarding process in accordance with various guidelines including file assessment, preparation of agency contracts, system update, arrange and explaining contract to recruit during contract signing.   
  • Handle HKIA & MPFA registration including new application, cancellation, renewal, Annual CPD according to respective regulatory guidelines.    
  • Convert business requirements into comprehensive user specifications and communicate with users and recruitment system developers   
  • Prepare agency manual, guideline, memo, etc by using Simplified Chinese and assist teammate to translate emails announcement to Simplified Chinese
  • Assist supervisor in various digital transformation project, like e-recruitment, e-business card by providing user requirements & conduct UAT.
  • To assist in ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor, e.g. UAT on system enhancement, being a helper for agency event.
  • Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the system.
