We are seeking a Business Analyst to work across the Reporting and Analytics team for AAC to understand the data, reporting and analytics needs of the business. This role will be primarily focused on supporting regular reports and analysis. However, it will also include the opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes. The role will need strong collaboration between India and US team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding the business processes and the interdependencies of various systems.
  • Process multiple reports within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
  • Maintain existing reports, Power BI Dashboards & incorporate changes whenever required.
  • Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created.
  • Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
  • Transform complex data sets into elegant end-user reporting. 
  • Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business analysis on large data set based on business requests
  • Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities
  • Design new Power BI Dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Data wrangling using Python, SQL


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer applications \ science, MIS or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Advanced skills in writing complex queries on AWS
  • Strong communication: ability to clearly articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver timely and accurate results with competing deadlines. 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PowerBI/ Salesforce/ Data Lake will plus
