Bounteous x Accolite is looking for an Associate Director to join our growing design practice.

The ideal candidate’s leadership aspirations include shaping Bounteous' Experience Design practice by leveraging their experience building and growing Design teams and their expertise in product, campaign, and brand design, while also honing the craft, influencing the culture, and fueling collaboration across global teams to contribute to and create impactful, meaningful experiences people love and clients value.

A naturally engaging storyteller, your vision influences, inspires and motivates teams, clients, and other cross-disciplinary leaders to exceed expectations in amazingly relevant ways.

You’ll be a key partner in our Experience Design leadership, helping shape the future of our growing XD practice while also helping make long-lasting impact for our clients and within Bounteous.

The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in product, campaign, and brand design.
