Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. You will create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for technology-related matters. - Identify opportunities for technology up-sell and cross-sell within the account. - Create and execute the technology account plan, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals. - Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, and provide recommendations to clients. - Ensure the successful delivery of technology projects within the account, meeting quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of technology solutions and services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record in technology account management and business development. - Ability to analyze complex technology requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Experience in managing technology projects and teams. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in technology delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
