You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
- Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
- Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

What you need to know about this position:
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and improve the quality of master data related to transactions, distributors, products, and outlets.
- Analyze large datasets using Python and Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely data to support incentive programs.
Job specific requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Power BI.
- Experience working with transaction, distributor, product, and outlet data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other data visualization tools.
- Experience with database management.
