As an SD Product and Equipment Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating resources, managing equipment readiness, and supporting daily operations. You will collaborate with project managers, customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure equipment suitability, operational efficiency, and successful execution of customer projects.

As an SD Product and Equipment Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve operational goals in a timely and cost‑effective manner
  • Leading and supporting daily operations, ensuring consistent and effective shift‑to‑shift transitions
  • Developing and executing daily operational plans while supporting process and readiness frameworks
  • Supporting Project Managers with strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and operational resources
  • Implementing and maintaining process controls and the “ready‑to‑run” philosophy across project equipment
  • Ensuring quality control of Baker Hughes equipment loadouts prior to deployment to customer operations
  • Liaising with Baker Hughes teams, drilling contractors, and customer rig‑site personnel to ensure suitability, compatibility, and efficiency of equipment
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems related to equipment status, readiness, and operational tracking

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent field experience)
  • Have relevant experience in operations support, product, or equipment‑focused roles
  • Have strong understanding of rig‑site operations and equipment readiness requirements
  • Have experience coordinating resources across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Have the ability to work within established processes while adapting to client‑specific requirements
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the confidence to engage with cross‑functional teams and present operational insights
  • Have demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to broader operational objectives
