Job Description

Our Ballydine Site in Tipperary are looking for a dedicated and flexible Production Operator to join our manufacturing division on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of using leading-edge science to save and improve lives around the world.

The positions are within manufacturing, and applicants must be open to working a 24/5 or 24/7 shift pattern.

Successful applicants will be expected to be flexible across all operations on site as required to meet demand volumes. Applicants should have an understanding of Quality/cGMPs, Safety, and Environmental regulations that impact production.

Factory floor experience in the manufacture of OSD (Oral Solid Dose) tablet products is required. Experience with pharmaceutical spray coating processes and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

  • Working on the factory floor in the manufacture of OSD (Oral Solid Dose) tablet products

  • Completing material movements

  • Subdividing materials for different pack sizes

  • Loading and unloading material into vessels

  • GMP cleaning of the equipment and the facility

  • Operating production equipment

  • Equipment disassembly and set-up for processing and cleaning

  • Carrying out process control monitoring checks

Qualifications

 Required

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent

  • Factory floor experience in the manufacture of OSD (Oral Solid Dose) tablet products

  • An understanding of Quality/cGMPs, Safety, and Environmental regulations that impact production

  • Demonstrated communication skills and a proven track record of effective team working

  • Demonstrated safety focus

  • Knowledge of Area Standard Operating Procedures and GMP

  • An inclusive, motivated team player

Preferred

  • Knowledge of high potency products and processes

  • Knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical spray coating processes and equipment
