Inventory Specialist

About the Role

Join Fiserv as an Inventory Specialist and be at the forefront of innovative inventory management with cutting-edge systems, including Clover and POS technology. The Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing our inventory processes by conducting cycle counts, investigating the root causes of overages and shortages, and collaborating with the Inventory Control Manager to establish efficient minimum and maximum pick slot parameters. This position also involves validating variances from purchase order receipts and system statuses, while maintaining positive business relationships with the Inventory Control, Operations, and Sales teams, as well as internal and external customers.

What you will do:

• Ensure all scheduled and immediate cycle counts are performed.
• Verify inventory and maintain accuracy of bin labels.
• Perform routine aisle sweeps to confirm empty locations.
• Review damaged products and manage recoups.
• Slot new items as required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Roseville, CA.

What You Will Need to Have

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, with one year of relevant experience in warehouse inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Accurate recording of measurements in numbers, dimensions, sizes, and weights.

What Would Be Great to Have

• Forklift certification.
• Previous experience using RF guns, PCs, and Data Terminals.
• Familiarity with Edward Don & Company’s Standards of Conduct Policy.
• Experience with cycle counts.
• Previous experience with SAP.

Salary Range

$40,800.00 - $55,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
