What this opportunity involves:

Successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of the assets through the delivery and measurement of effective sales and traffic driving initiatives and development of differentiated marketing platforms ensuring future growth and profitability.

Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will work to provide an integrated and strategic approach to the Centre’s marketing management plan to increase traffic and sales, thereby positively contributing to the profitability and overall asset value.

Key accountabilities of the role:

  • Develop, prepare and execute of the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget.
  • Assist the Centre Manager to maximise income for the owner, reporting sales and traffic information
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date website information on retailers and Asset in a timely manner
  • Digital marketing and social media platform strategy, developing campaign briefs and promotional activities
  • Maintain and organise day to day signs and poster stands over locations
  • Maximise sales potential of individual retailers and increase traffic flow throughout the centre
  • Ensure consistency in brand management and repositioning exercises when required

To be successful, you will have retail property marketing experience with a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing, brand and positioning strategies and solutions. Demonstrating the adding value link between marketing activity and client investment performance is essential.

You will be confident, creative organised and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record for monitoring and exceeding Individual Performance Measurement Targets (IPMP’s). 

A “go-getter” attitude with working knowledge of social media tools, planning, budgeting, and reporting are required for this role.
