Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business solutions in SAP HCM Time Management that align with industry standards and client requirements.

• Deliver functional and application designs that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for time management processes.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance existing time management processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.

• Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize time management solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Time Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

• Conduct testing, quality assurance, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration and support.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant SAP HCM Time Management skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Advanced proficiency in business process analysis to identify and implement process improvements.

• Intermediate proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.

• Expert proficiency in stakeholder engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

• Intermediate proficiency in change management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
