ROLE SUMMARY

Vaccines Strategic Partnerships Lead will be leading Pfizer Vaccines/Anti-viral market access strategies and execution including APA/NIP contract, working with Pfizer global, regional contract, supply and commercial teams to be able to provide GoK with timely accessible information, contract development and supply chain risk management plans etc. Additionally, this role will lead vaccine strategic growth projects for all vaccine In-line and future pipelines to develop optimal pricing/ volumes strategies to ensure equitable patient access across nation.

This position directly reports to Primary Care Lead and closely work with cross functional teams in Global,IDM commercial, contract, supply teams and etc

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercialization pricing strategy development, supply& distribution readiness with setting up optimal Go-To-Market model
  • In-market analytics for Vaccines/Anti-viral APA/NIP demands, inventory, supply and forward planning for optimal price/volume in commercialization to ensure stable supply, working with global commercial, supply, contact teams
  • Develop Korea vaccines NIP commercial strategy and lead front line commercial negotiations on behalf of Pfizer 
  • Create environments where medical society could understand unmet needs of innovative vaccine introduction and optimize connection with government stakeholders to expedite NIP inclusion of our portfolios.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (“SPOC”) in Korea to work with ACLs, International CO and Global commercial teams
  • Closely work with Korea brand MKT teams on developing vaccine/antiviral commercial strategies, procurement/contracting, market shaping, negotiation strategies/tactics.  
  • Track relevant KPIs across Korea vaccines and build mitigation plans where needed. 
  • Responsible for commercial excellence and relevant cross-functional internal alignment. 
  • Coordinate with all relevant cross-functional teams as needed. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably 7 years above MKT, Sales or Government policy, partnership experiences in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
