The Role

We are looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our tight-knit engineering team of 6. You won't just be taking tickets off a backlog; you will be an owner of what you build. You will work directly with our Head of Engineering and a team of Staff-level engineers to design, build, and launch critical product features.

This is a unique opportunity for an up-and-coming engineer who wants to accelerate their career by working on high-complexity problems in a high-velocity startup environment.

We work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) in the San Francisco Financial District

What You'll Do Here:

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and launching.

• Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering.

• Balance speed and quality, with always an eye for learning quickly.

• Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews.

Who We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience solving complex engineering challenges: whether a recent grad or an early-career engineer, we're looking for with a high rate of learning

• Strong critical thinker: Ability to walk through an objectively complex technical problem you’ve solved with clarity and depth

• Product-focused engineer: A builder mindset with an eye for user experience and a desire to see their work impact customers

• Self-motivated "Doer": Proven initiative through side projects, founder experience, or technical fellowships

• Strong communicator: Capable of collaborating in a high-velocity, in-person environment

• Organized and self-sufficient: Able to take ownership of an area of the app and drive it forward

Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
