What You will do:

  • Maintaining ChampionX’s warehouse facility to ensure proper handlings of chemicals, namely, receiving & dispatching

  • Ensure incoming materials are stored, stacked and distributed according to company procedures

  • Manage stock levels by participating in stock taking and cycle counting. Take inventory of raw and intermediate materials for ordering purposes

  • Issue materials to production preparations in accordance with operating procedures

  • Prepare finished goods for packing and dispatch.

  • Produce the highest standard of work possible in accordance with the company’s procedures

  • Prepare drums and tote tanks for loading and shipping which includes labelling of the container.

  • Operate all pumps for shipping and receiving of bulk materials and cleaning tote tank when needed

  • Operating of company forklifts & vehicles in day-to-day operations

  • Blending of chemicals according to company blend sheets.

  • Perform all required site inspections & housekeeping

  • Take part in safety meetings

  • Follow and promote continuous improvement of performance, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

  • Practice good housekeeping in all areas of the facility

  • Carry out any other function necessary for the smooth running of warehouse function

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements*

  • Diploma and above.

  • More than 2 years of logistics related experience.

  • Proficient in operating forklifts, with forklift license.

  • Ability to maintain waste management program

  • Ability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment.

  • Knowledge and understanding of plant and warehouse operations and ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

  • Organizing and coordinating skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of the Company product line, chemical composition, and likely disposal methods.

  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language

  • Forklift Operations Skills

  • Medium physical effort. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 20 kilograms while standing & walking,

  • Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
