About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor

In this role, you will:

  • Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance

  • Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support

  • Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area

  • Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures

  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests

  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Experience:

  • Forms Management (FM): It is a department within ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions. It supports our business partners by providing analysis, design, development, and production of paper and electronic forms.
  • In addition, FM also performs key functions related to maintaining version control of forms and records on a Wells Fargo Enterprise portal. This portal hosts active forms used across Wells Fargo lines of businesses. The following e-form types are supported: HTML, PDF (both print-on-demand and fill-and-print), Word and the design tool used is Adobe. The Forms Management team is also engaged in providing accessibility for customer-facing forms. Employees receive instructions from various business groups via workflow applications.
  • Work Schedule: Our hours of operation are 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. - 40 hours per week with a rotating late-night schedule within the team, although staffing can be re-deployed to different processes depending on the demand

  • Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively.
  • Adobe, Java script, jQuery , HTML, CSS is desirable and will be an added advantage
  • Able to interpret the documents or the requests received • Analytical skills • Attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
  • Ability to recognize and escalate any discrepancies identified or noticed while processing.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and to work beyond scheduled work hours, if necessary
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment. • Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with fellow team members

Desired Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Experience in Java Script, HTML, CSS advanced Excel, Adobe and forms designing will be added
  • Advantage, however not mandatory
  • Adobe Experience Management (AEM)
  • Java Script, jQuery, HTML, CSS is desirable
  • Knowledge of Jaws, Common Look, Crawford Tech, Open Access, NVDA vendor products and testing will be an advantage
  • Understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines.
  • Research skills and ability to present data and solutions.
  • Training skills - ability to create training materials and present to others.
  • Ability to take documentation and apply to forms.
