The Reporting and Analytics Lead will be primarily responsible for creating a data-driven business / sales program. The role will be instrumental in providing data and insights to the sales team to drive the desired outcome, providing insights as to achievement of key metrics. The role will work closely with the sales leadership teams and the rest of the organization to deliver insights and data-driven business decisions.
This position is pivotal in ensuring that sales performance is not just about hitting numbers, but doing so sustainably, ethically, and strategically. By combining analytics expertise with cross-functional collaboration, the Reporting & Analytics Specialist will empower the Sales team to achieve targets while safeguarding the organization’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics LeadershipDesign, implement, and oversee reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into sales performance.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and predictive models to track KPIs and forecast trends.

Data-Driven Sales ActivitiesLead initiatives that optimize sales processes through data analysis.
Monitor compliance and quality metrics to ensure sales activities align with business standards.

Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure metrics and programs remain relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Act as the central point of contact for data integrity and reporting consistency across functions.

Strategic InfluenceProvide recommendations to senior leadership based on data insights.
Influence decision-making by highlighting opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.

Governance & ComplianceEnsure reporting practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, transparency, and ethical data use.
