As our 3IC, you are the energy on the floor. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to bring the Polly experience to life. 

From leading by example on the shop floor or taking control of the store whilst leadership is out, you’ll help create a space our customers love and our team thrives in, and where everything runs smoothly.
