Job Description

• Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, WiFi, DNS, and DHCP
• Maintain and administer network management systems and open-source tools
• Create and develop scripts for building network automation
• Manage network inventory, configuration, vulnerability, and patching, as well as reporting network status for compliance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of networking, including routing, switching, WiFi, LAN, WAN, Cloud, and network security
• 0-5 years in network management tools for managing network inventory, configuration, fault, performance, and security
• Good programming skills in Python for network automation
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of open-source tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, and Splunk
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO27001 and PCI-DSS
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
