What you can expect

Zoom is looking for Commercial Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform. Our Commercial AEs engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Workplace platform. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers and help customers realize the value of their investments.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required

  • Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations, proposals and coordinating quarterly business reviews

  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives

  • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns

  • Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships

  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a quota carrying sales role

  • Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & projects

  • Experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Able to travel as needed

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
