ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Data Analyst, Productivity and Performance, your job is to build and implement the management system leveraging data.

Location: Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide reliable analysis on drivers of cost across the end to end value chains.

• Support program of work across Technology & Enterprise Operations to deliver operational efficiency and support achievement of target expense base.

• Work with the Technology & Enterprise Operations leadership team and their teams to identify and drive cross Technology & Enterprise Operations and cross divisional strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and review progress on delivery of productivity initiatives and outcomes, identifying where intervention or acceleration is required.

• Contribute to the real time analysis of 3-year rolling productivity roadmaps for Technology & Enterprise Operations divisions.

• Ensure alignment of productivity initiatives to Technology & Enterprise Operations strategies.

• Strategically support productivity initiatives across Technology & Enterprise Operations.

• Develop and drive cost efficiency initiatives across domains.

• Be a change agent to inspire speed to value technology improvements for the business.

• Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery.

• Leverage strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to shift between deep in the detail and pulling up to synthesize executive-level insights and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Post graduate qualifications in STEM, Finance, Commerce or Business.

• Proficiency in structured and unstructured data, its management and data transformation techniques.

• Excellent Skill in Data Analytics, Reporting, Visualization and Dashboard.

• Proven proficiency in SQL, Python.

• Proven experience with PowerBI, Tableau. Knowledge of PowerQuery and VBA/Macros is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with full English proficiency.

• Clear experience of Agile behaviours, principles, tools and techniques.

• Robust quantitative analytical skill set.

• Experience in handling, and reporting from different databases in collaboration with domain experts.

• Ability to synthesise clear takeaways and recommendations from analysing complex information using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

• Strong logical reasoning, creative and strategic thinking skills.

• Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.

• A team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work independently while effectively managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
