Strategic Lead for a 24/7 technical support organization, overseeing the administration and site management of Dynamic Test Cell Controller systems, including SE-Probe, DCC, igWT, and igFT. Expert in developing robust system documentation and specialized software tools that ensure wafer sort processes meet stringent quality and high-volume manufacturing requirements.

  • Team Leadership: Direct a 24/7 technical support team to ensure continuous uptime and operational excellence for critical manufacturing systems.
  • System Administration: Manage site-level administration for Dynamic Test Cell Controller environments, specifically SE-Probe, DCC, igWT, and igFT.
  • Technical Support & Optimization: Provide high-level technical troubleshooting and system maintenance to support wafer sort operations.
  • Software & Tool Development: Design and implement specialized software tools and technical documentation to standardize processes and enhance system reliability.
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure all technological services and manufacturing processes align with corporate quality standards and production requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering design team in all software development projects at Wafer Sort throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through successful completion.
  • Manage software integrity by providing the planning, technical leadership, and project coordination necessary to implement manufacturing process and resolve technical problems in Wafer Sort production.
