We are seeking for a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with extensive experience in managing complex Systems Integration (SI) projects and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in the Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex SI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, consulting, and operations, to deliver seamless solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the Insurance sector, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored delivery strategies.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methodologies and practices.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale, complex SI projects, preferably in the Insurance sector.
• Deep expertise in delivery management, including project planning, execution, and governance.
• Strong understanding of Insurance industry processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• A track record of driving successful outcomes in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent Finnish and English (verbal/written) skills.
• Resident in Finland.
