Your role:
• Drive talent marketing activities via WeChat
• Run talent campaign support ramp-up projects, i.e., project Domus, project Tonga, campus hire etc., and challenging Orgs(PH, PIC, TWN)
• Lead the Great China EVP refresh and activations including stakeholder management in GC ( Head of People in GC, Talent and local Brands& comms) and alignment with global EVP & External Relations Lead
• Drive internal talent communication(internal move, career story etc.)
• New Initiative relates to TA Tech: Run Alumni Program via WeChat
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience at Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Talent Onboarding, Employee Engagement;
Fluent Oral and Writing English
