Xylem-MENA is responsible for developing, marketing and selling products, applications and solutions across the growth centers of Transport, Treatment, Dewatering, Applied Water Systems, and Analytics across the region within its vertical market sectors of Buildings & Industry, Utilities & Infrastructure, and Projects & Solutions.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and order intake objectives through the promotion of Xylem branded products to a variety of customers within the municipal and utility sector.
As a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for developing the business in the region of responsibility. This is achieved by:
Meeting sales objectives through the promotion of Xylem branded products to a variety of customers within the commercial building services markets. Other core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the Xylem Water Solutions organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities.
Promoting our Vertical Market Approach.
Planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions.
Identifying, evaluating and establishing suitable routes to market.
Building strategic relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users to support business development.
Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell our products.
Agreeing on annual sales targets for appointed distributors.
Increasing the client base and revenues. Work with the sales team to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions.
Making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
Implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the Xylem organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities
