Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and business goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
