Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role is of Network Engineer with Implementation and Troubleshooting skills Required.
- Good Routing and Switching skills with knowledge of Wireless and F5 infrastructure.
- Experience in Infoblox DNS and DHCP configuration and management
- Experience in F5 LTM and GTM Load balancers
- Experience in Firewalls is an added advantage.
- Good Design skills and Documentation are required Knowledge about the Monitoring tools is beneficial.
- Implementation of large-scale deployments across the network, Configure and install various network devices and services eg, routers, switches, Wireless and F5 load balancer.
- Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolve issues. Deep understanding of networking protocols ex- IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, 80211, 8021X 3 Knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN/WLAN/WAN support for voice, data and video networks at Access and Core network layers Expertise on Routing protocols BGP can list advantages.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the in-scope device Management Services and Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.
- Good experience of software patch management for network devices, patch testing and deployment of patches on a timely basis.
- Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management and Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement & Core level debugging.
- Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
IT architecture, Data Center and Cloud Offering knowledge
Relevant understanding of Key IT system areas: DC Components, NW Components
In-depth understanding of Cisco platforms
Advanced capability in design and deployment of Cisco Validated Designs
Strong on BGP and OSPF routing protocols and experience with various network management tools
Experience engineering, delivering, and supporting IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS based switching platforms Understanding of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst product lines, thorough comprehension around L2 and L3 quality of service
Should have 6+ years of experience in Network operational support/management roles Should have supported Network deployments Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area. An ability to learn new technologies quickly. Good time management skills. An ability to follow processes. Good communication skills both written and verbal
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
