This is a rare chance to own the East Coast. As Head of East Coast Sales, you'll be a senior leader on Nextdoor's Sales leadership team, responsible for the full go-to-market motion across your region. You'll set the vision, build the team, and drive the revenue — while playing a meaningful role in shaping how Nextdoor shows up in the market nationally.

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create our total rewards package. Compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
The compensation range for this role includes a base salary + commission structure with a 60/40 split. Commission will vary depending on your achievement of sales-related goals and objectives. The budgeted OTE (on-target earnings) inclusive of base + commission is in the range of $360,000-$450,000 (base salary of $216,000-$270,000) on an annualized basis. The salary range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location.
We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
