Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with application servers, web services, and middleware integration.
- Ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows within software applications.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Java-based applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
