Job Description
Work Model
Hybrid: This position requires on-site presence three (3) days per week.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Manage the end-to-end corporate vehicle fleet operations, ensuring availability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Lead used-vehicle sales and scrap processes, including auctions, documentation, invoicing, and final delivery.
Oversee supplier performance for fleet-related services (maintenance, parking, washing, fuel, tolls, charging).
Monitor fleet inventory, maintenance plans, and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Legal, and Global CVO teams.
Support regional projects, vehicle launches, events, and operational initiatives.
Monitor fleet tracking systems (OnStar / eCVMS) to ensure data accuracy and control.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree business administration, engineering or related field completed.
Experience working with vehicle fleets, dealers, or vehicle operations.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets or cost controls.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience managing suppliers and service providers.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
