Internal Job Title: Senior Sales Representative Southern Eastern Europe
 

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Representative for Southern Eastern Europe, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our distributor network within the PPE, BSC, and office supply wholesale sectors.


This role combines technical and commercial support, market development, and strong relationship management to drive brand awareness and achieve sales objectives across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new distributors and manage long‑term relationships
  • Support and maintain relationships with end customers where required
  • Conduct sales calls and negotiate conditions in line with company policy
  • Build and maintain the distributor landscape across Poland, increasing market presence
  • Participate in trade fairs and relevant industry events
  • Plan, organise, and deliver trainings, workshops, and presentations for distributors
  • Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights
  • Regularly evaluate distributor performance and quality
  • Meet agreed revenue, visit, and performance targets
  • Prepare visit reports and monthly updates using the SCJ Professional CRM tool (Salesforce)

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Commercial or sales‑oriented education, or equivalent professional experience
  • Valid driving licence
  • Language skillsRomanian: business fluent & English: advanced level (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Several years of field sales experience, ideally within household/consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of distributor organisations, B2B market dynamics, and decision‑making processes
