As Account Manager Market Access within our Medical Operations Team, you’ll serve as the key interface between internal brand teams and BO Medical content development teams, ensuring the end-to-end orchestration, planning, creation, and delivery of high-quality scientific and medical content. You will manage content workflows, align stakeholders on deliverable prioritization, and ensure quality assurance and delivery excellence while meeting strategic priorities, timelines, and business needs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned franchise teams regarding all content needs and priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global franchise teams and ensure the review of tactic priorities at the franchise level.
  • Translate team needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for the content creation teams.
  • Facilitate consistent communication, expectation setting, and status updates across all parties.
  • Manage the content lifecycle (intake, scoping, briefing, creation, MLR/approval, delivery).
  • Ensure all content aligns with tactic strategy, scientific accuracy, Sanofi standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor the production of diverse content types (e.g., slide decks, training materials, digital content, infographics, scientific platforms, congress materials), ensuring timely delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and approval calendars.
  • Lead intake and prioritization of all TA-related content requests.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Coordinate across internal content creators, medical writers, designers, external vendors (if applicable), and reviewers.
  • Ensure timely communication of delivery planning with TA teams.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards in collaboration with the content creation team leads.

About you
 

  • Experience: Around 5 years of relevant experience in Market Access, pharmaceuticals, or related functions.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project). Strong understanding of scientific/medical content development processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Languages: Advanced English level.
