What You’ll Do:

As a Program Coordinator for DigitalOcean Hatch, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, empowering the next generation of startups. You’ll:

  • Analyze Data, Drive Insights: Leverage your data analysis skills to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support Startup Growth: Provide essential administrative support, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, to help startups thrive.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of startup programs.
  • Lead Projects, Deliver Results: Take ownership of projects, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and positive outcomes.
  • Champion Startup Advocacy: Promote the benefits of working with startups and nonprofits, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and representing DigitalOcean at industry events.

  • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
