Job Title:                    Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk

FLSA Status:             Part-Time Hourly/Non-Exempt (estimated 15-20 hours per week)

Pay Rate:                   $20-$25 (depending on experience)

ASM Global/SMG/accesso ShoWare Center, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an immediate opening for Part-time Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington.  Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, greeting and routing walk-in guests, and performing clerical duties to support the daily business activities of the location.  Also, performs other duties as assigned.  Customer service skills, strong accuracy, and organization of work is required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, screen and appropriately route telephone calls and visitors, and provide Customer Service information regarding events, operations, policies and procedures.
• Record and route detailed messages from callers and/or visitors.
• Receive all visitors at the reception area and extend general hospitality.  Contact the staff member being called upon and announce the visitor.
• Collect and distribute mail, deliveries & messages in a timely manner.
• Maintain and order all necessary office supplies, coordinate with Finance.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
• Assist staff members with clerical tasks, such as typing, filing and mailings.
• Accurate coding and data entry of documents
• Processing, assembling, scanning, saving, and filing of documents
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. and one (1) year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of accounting, Excel, and Word software (Sage or similar software knowledge a plus)
• Accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills
• Experience using multi-line telephone and voicemail system and other office equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational ability
• Dependable with the ability to follow instruction and maintain a consistent work schedule 
• Detail oriented with the ability to function independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
