Responsibilities:

Planning & Control
•    Review and control of sales/production forecasts (short, medium, and long term), including promotions, launches, and delistings
•    Disposition of items and tracking of deliveries to ensure availability

Supply Security & Coordination
•    Early detection, communication, and resolution of supply and quality issues
•    Interface management between internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, production, purchasing) and external partners (suppliers, logistics, customs)

Systems, reporting & optimization
•    Maintenance of planning master data in ERP/planning tools and data preparation for reports and meetings
•    Responsibility for relevant KPIs (e.g., delivery reliability, inventories) and continuous process improvement along the supply chain

Qualifications:

Education & Professional Experience
•    Degree (economics/logistics) or commercial/technical training
•    At least 5 years of experience in SCM functions and at least 2 years of experience in demand planning & scheduling

Systems, Tools & Language
•    Very good ERP skills (ideally SAP & Sage B7) and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
•    Very good English skills

Skills & Working Style
•    Structured, analytical, and statistically-oriented problem solving
•    Customer focus, team spirit, and strong communication skills (including international/intercultural)
