You’ll work alongside the Executive Manager and a collaborative team of Relationship Executives, and Analysts, focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainable business growth.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead a team to deliver timely, high-quality credit outcomes for diverse business customers.
• Coach analysts to strengthen credit acumen and ensure policy and risk alignment.
• Manage workflow across credit applications, annual reviews, and expired facilities to meet performance standards.
• Champion a zero-defect culture, ensuring Credit Assurance and Risk outcomes align with business banking risk appetite.
• Foster a culture of risk ownership by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in partnership with Risk Management.
• Maintain strong technical capability in commercial credit analysis.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience as a Relationship Executive, team leader, Senior Associate, or similar, with strong credit skills and a risk-focused mindset.
• Deep financial services experience, ideally across sales and/or risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit, banking products, and financial services, with sound commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners.
• A continuous improvement mindset and creative problem-solving approach.
• A strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional service.
