Your Impact
As Coordinator, Growth Marketing at DISCO, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing insights into the performance of all marketing efforts, including performance marketing, brand initiatives, field marketing, and events. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to refine and evolve marketing's measurement approach. Your insights will help guide decisions across all marketing channels and campaigns.
Your expertise in data analysis, marketing measurement and marketing technology will be instrumental in assessing the effectiveness of campaigns, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring that marketing efforts contribute to the overall revenue and growth objectives of the company. You will create actionable insights and reporting frameworks that support the entire marketing organization in its decision-making process.
What You'll Do
- Comprehensive Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives across digital channels, brand campaigns, field marketing, and events to provide a holistic view of marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Channel Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that track key marketing metrics (Target-to-Engagement, Pipeline coverage, CPL, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
- Campaign and Event Reporting: Analyze the impact of specific brand initiatives, field events, and webinars to understand their contribution to pipeline growth and overall marketing ROI.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, optimize event and field marketing strategies, and refine brand positioning based on data analysis.
- Forecasting & Budget Allocation: Support the marketing team by forecasting future performance trends across all marketing channels and helping inform budget allocation decisions based on expected ROI.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Analyze results from A/B tests on digital campaigns, brand messaging, and event promotions, offering recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing operations, brand, events, and field teams to ensure accurate data tracking and alignment of marketing metrics.
- Collaboration with Business Intelligence: Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to evolve and enhance the marketing team’s measurement frameworks, improve attribution models, and ensure consistent, accurate data across all marketing channels.
- Event and Field Marketing Metrics: Work closely with the field marketing and events teams to analyze event performance, measure ROI, and track follow-up activities to determine the success of each initiative.
- Brand Metrics & Sentiment Analysis: Analyze brand awareness and engagement metrics to help the brand marketing team assess the impact of brand-building efforts and campaigns
- Attribution & Customer Journey: Assist in developing multi-touch attribution models to better understand the customer journey across brand, events, digital channels, and sales touchpoints.
- Data Integrity & Hygiene: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data across systems, including integrating data from various sources such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analysis role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs across a variety of channels, including digital, brand, field marketing, and events.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quick Sights).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and providing insights on brand campaigns, event marketing, and field marketing.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for various marketing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence, to drive measurement and reporting improvements.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving using data.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and customer journey analysis.
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools like Looker or Domo.
- Understanding of digital marketing, brand, and field marketing strategies.Experience working with event tracking, attribution, and post-event analysis.
