Job Description

Job Description Summary:
The Assistant Digital Enablement Manager supports Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) teams by combining data analysis, process improvement, and practical AI enablement to drive business productivity. This role helps identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and promote the adoption of AI and automation solutions that simplify routine work and enhance execution. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role contributes to digital enablement initiatives that improve visibility, responsiveness, and overall performance across ISC operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works under general supervision and identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies within supply chain data, providing insights for process improvements, efficiency optimization, and risk reduction.

  • Develops and implements robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) data management practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data assets.

  • Applies AI-assisted analytics and automation approaches where appropriate to improve insight generation, operational decision support, and business responsiveness.

  • Supports AI adoption within ISC by identifying practical use cases, promoting effective ways of working, and helping teams apply AI tools to improve productivity and execution efficiency.

  • Utilizes statistical methods, data analysis techniques, and emerging analytics tools to address low to medium complexity requests, extracting actionable insights to inform decision-making.

  • Follows established processes and operational policies to maintain consistency and compliance within data management and analytics activities.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and develop data-driven solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Supports exploratory use cases in predictive analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support to enhance operational visibility and responsiveness.

  • Helps translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled or automation opportunities that can simplify routine work and increase team productivity across ISC operations.

  • Conducts ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management, providing timely and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.



Minimum required Experience:
5 years working experiences with Bachelor's OR minimum 3 years of experience with master.

Language Requirements:
Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Able to communicate effectively in a cross-functional and international business environment.


Preferred Experience:
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, Python-based data analysis, or business intelligence enhancement is a plus. Hands-on experience with Copilot or similar AI productivity tools is preferred. Experience supporting AI adoption, digital enablement, or productivity improvement initiatives within business teams is an advantage.
