Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused e-Commerce Senior Analyst to join our Digital Marketing Team! Based in Brazil and part of our Product Content Team, you’ll play a key role in managing the syndication of product content to our channel partners across the USAC region through platforms such as Salsify. If you’re passionate about digital content, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited to help drive eCommerce growth—this role is for you.

You’ll collaborate closely with activation marketers, digital platform teams, and channel partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of rich product content. Your work will directly support content-to-revenue strategies and enhance 3M’s presence on key digital platforms.

The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:

• Manage high-volume product content syndication from 3M systems of record (Hybris, SAP) via the Salsify platform to meet channel partner requirements.
• Interpret and fulfill product data requests from partners, identifying content gaps and sourcing missing data from internal systems and business contacts.
• Reformat and map product data to partner templates, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with each partner’s specifications.
• Prioritize and coordinate syndication efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, building strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline data extraction, enrichment, and syndication processes, and participate in cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience managing multiple requests and meeting deadlines with organizational and time management skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with content management systems such as Salsify, SAP, or Hybris.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience handling large data sets and working with complex templates.
• Customer-first mindset, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize technical product data into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or experience in e-merchandising.
• Knowledge of GS1-managed data standards such as GDSN and GTINs.
• Spanish speaking skills.

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, with the employee expected to be in the office at least four days per week in Sumaré/SP.
