The Project

Acciona is delivering a program of works associated with the Clean Energy Link North (CELN). This is a major infrastructure project delivering reliable, sustainable electricity across Western Australia. The initiative strengthens the electricity network, supports the integration of renewable energy, and ensures essential energy services reach communities throughout the region.

The Opportunity

Join ACCIONA’s Western Australia team as a Community & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor and be part of projects driving the state’s transition to renewable energy. In this role, you’ll coordinate day-to-day community engagement activities, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure local communities are informed and supported throughout project delivery. This is a project-based, part-time role in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute communication materials to keep communities informed.
  • Represent ACCIONA at community events and public functions.
  • Proactively communicate construction impacts and respond to community inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including being a point of contact for the community and ensuring the availability, relevance, and currency of information available.
  • Track, monitor, and report on community engagement activities.
  • Provide insights and analysis on engagement outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Competencies

About You

  • Qualification in Communications, Media, Culture, or a related field.
  • Experience in community or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused, accountable, team-oriented, and results-driven.
