ROLE SUMMARY:

PMO Manager is responsible for managing different business projects to achieve the business objectives. This role acts as the central functional interface between the internal team and external stakeholders & business partners.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategic plan, execute and implement the actions aligning with business objectives

  • Implement PMO methodologies, frameworks, and processes to deliver project milestone

  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus

  • Knowledge in healthcare industry is preferred
