Role Overview

The ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant/Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing procurement and finance workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on automating sourcing, procurement, supplier lifecycle, invoice, and accounts payable processes using ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain products.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow S2P solutions.
Configure and customize:
Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO)
Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO/SLP)
Accounts Payable Operations (APO)
Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows, catalog items, Flow Designer automations, and integrations.
Integrate ServiceNow with ERP/procurement tools like:
SAP
Oracle
Coupa
Ariba
Ivalua
Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Participate in workshops, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Follow ServiceNow best practices with more focus on configuration than heavy customization.
