Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM with some evenings and weekends.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day outbound or inbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance.

• Lead and develop a team of 100+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.

• 10+ years of management experience in a high-volume distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.

• Warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.

• Available for travel, after-hours and weekends as needed.
