Young Banker, Collection

Responsibilities:

• Call/visit customers to negotiate for payment
• Support to issue the reminder letter, increase interest rate letter, Instruct LOD and LOR
• Assist Collection Manager to do the report
• Prepare customer’s loan file and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible, supporting efficient follow-up and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the collection team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and preparing slide presentation.
• Enable the collection team to operate more efficiently by ensuring all administrative task are handling promptly.
• Other ad-hoc requests from line manager

Young Banker, Credit Evaluation

Responsibilities:

• Assist to conduct due diligence and verification of Credit Applications submitted
• Assist in preparation of various regular and ad hoc reports as required
• Provide excellent services in assessment turnaround time to support the business
• Contribute to the function and operation of a high-performance team
• Other ad-hoc requests from line manager.

Requirements:

• Cambodian or Non-Cambodian.
• Graduated/Fresh Graduated /University Student minimum year 3 students in Business Management/Finance and Banking.
• Working experience or non-working experience.
• Able to work full time from Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email)
• Good English both writing and speaking, Chinese is added advantage.
