Job Description Summary

Finish grinding of tooling and components using Blanchard Grinder, automatic and manual surface grinder, OD Grinder, and jig grinder as required.

Job Description:

• Finish grind tooling and components achieving final size and surface finish requirements
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly as required
• Ability to perform measurement of precision components to ensure specifications are met
• Ability to read blue prints, perform machine set up and operate various grinding equipment
• Ability to perform general shop math
• Ability to hold close tolerances
• Performs other tasks as requested / required

Required Skills and Education

• High school diploma
• Five + years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating grinding equipment
