About the role:

Accenture are seeking an experienced Kronos Workforce Management Solution Consultant to gather requirements and work with the Solution Architect on an Enterprise class project delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.  This Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Consultant is a strategic role that will be involved in the requirements gathering, design, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM solution to meet the unique needs of the client organization.

This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate in the ‘Global WFM Design’ project for key Accenture client.

  • As a Business Function Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and design of new function business processes.

  • Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying and defining detailed requirements, serving as a liaison to the business community, and participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.

  • You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.

  • Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in UKG Pro is required. Business Process Design, User Research, and Functional Designs with Master proficiency are recommended.

  • Develop innovative business function designs to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and incorporate them into the design process.

  • Create functional designs that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process design to continuously improve the design approach.

  • Knowledge of UKG Solution Design will be highly regarded and a background with Implementation of this technology.

  • Play a key role within the design phase of the UKG Pro WFM solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM

  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.

  • Technical Consultancy and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Stay current with UKG Pro WFM updates and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and capabilities.

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

UKG Solution Consultant kills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UKG solution consultancy is a must

  • UKG Pro WFM Certification will be highly regarded.

  • UKG experience within the Retail, Manufacturing and/or Healthcare Industry

  • Project experience with UKG Workforce Timekeeper, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and or Optimized Scheduling with Forecasting will be highly regarded

  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful UKG WFM projects

  • Previous experiences to identify, manage and “solution” through project obstacles will be highly regarded

  • Ability to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution space. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes

  • Flexible ability to work within a team or independently.

  • Keeping abreast of industry processes and keeping UKG skills up to date

  • A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
